1. All trip schedules are subject to change.

2. All trips are subject to cancellation in the event of unsuitable weather, mechanical breakdown, or other circumstances as determined by King Fisher Fleet.

3. All weather-related trip decisions will be made by the vessel captain.

4. Refunds will be issued to all affected customers when a trip is cancelled by King Fisher Fleet.

5. Refunds will be issued to customers who provide at least 24 hour notice when canceling their pre-paid reservations.

6. Online reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of sailing.

7. King Fisher Fleet does not discriminate against anyone on basis of age, race, creed or gender.

8. No pets of any kind are allowed on any of our trips at any time.
